Join the Auroch Digital Team
Auroch Digital, established in 2010 and based in Bristol, is a remote-first studio made up of 100~ developers from across the country. As a studio, we get stuck into all sorts, from making our own IP games (Brewmaster, Mars Horizon), working with trusted and licensed partners (Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun 1 and Boltgun 2) , publishing console ports (such as Democracy 4 and Wildermyth) and co-development work-for-hire projects (Sea of Thieves, V Rising).
Our values - sustainability, inclusion, fair play, and accessibility - are at the heart of everything we do. We are founding members of Bristol Games Hub, a non-profit organisation that provides working space and community in Bristol for game developers.
We have a carefully picked team of friendly and talented developers, with a strong company work ethic and a corporate culture centred on openness, job satisfaction, and opportunities for learning and growth. The road ahead is an exciting journey for us, and we’re going to keep on stoking our fierce passion for creating great games and gaming moments.

Auroch Digital and Diversity
We've signed the UKie 'Raise the Game' pledge. At Auroch Digital, we recognise the positive value diversity brings to our industry. We know that there is an imbalance and diversity problem in games all over the world. We strive to do our bit to address the imbalance, promote equality, and challenge unfair discrimination.
We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds – people of any gender, of all ages, sexual orientations, nationalities, religions and beliefs.
We especially encourage applications from gender non-conforming folk, women, LGBTQIA+ folk, disabled, and Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) candidates, as these groups are underrepresented throughout the gaming industry.
