+ QA Tester
We’re looking to add a QA Tester to our award-winning team for a 6+ month role.
About The Role
You will be working on our currently announced projects, including Dark Future: Blood Red States, a strategic game based on the Games Workshop IP, and Mars Horizon, a space agency management game that tasks you with reaching the Red Planet. These titles are headed to a variety of platforms, including PC and consoles.
You’ll be an integral part of the studio and you’ll work closely with our carefully crafted team of developers working on these titles, to raise the quality bar of our games and ensure bugs are caught early, documented thoroughly, and communicated to the team.
You’ll be familiar with the basics of development - source control, creating and addressing bug reports, agile development techniques, and so on - but you’ll also have a passion for making games the best they can be, with an eye for detail and a strong desire to work as part of a team.
Enthusiastic about games, you’ll be a fan of the medium and of the creation process itself, interested in expanding your knowledge of other games and how they have been created.
You’ll work well with others and be able to clearly and articulately communicate your ideas, both verbally and in the written word.
You’ll ideally be comfortable working with game development tools - such as Unreal Engine or Unity - as part of the testing process, though this isn’t essential.
We’re keen to hear from people with at least one shipped commercial title to their name, or several years of industry experience.

Primarily known for working with top IP holders on a range of strategy games and digital board game adaptations, Auroch is also a world leader in the field of “games with purpose” after spearheading the development of newsgames as part of its GameTheNews Initiative.
